Hello to all of you spooky people!! I know it's been a hot minute since there has been any new posts here. If you follow my social media, you can understand why. We were supposed to taking breaks during August and September, but in my normal fashion...I can't sit still. So we have been just as busy as ever!
I have some exciting news! I am now offering workshops/classes/experiences! We have already done one bone art workshop this month, and it was really great! This weekend, Sunday at 1pm, I am offering a decorative broom/besom making workshop held at Harding House Taproom in Nashville. There are a few tickets left. For these events, I supply all materials needed as well as the knowledge to help you to make everything yourselves! I will be holding other experiences in the future. Bone art class is scheduled for November 12 at 3:30pm for Bones and Brews at Diskin Cider. These workshops are happy to host ages 12 and up. (age limit on brooms is because it takes a good bit of arm strength, and bones because we are working with different glues like super glue and hot glue).
One other super exciting announcement is that my friend Chandler and I, who are The Mad Crones, are hosting a Winter Solstice Market on December 3rd from 11-5 at Hop Springs Beer Park. This is a ticketed event ($5) in advance and ($10) at the door. With your tickets you will receive one free drink! This is a really special event to us because we are here to celebrate the unique and magical side of artists and patrons alike. You will find a fantastic selection of artists with the highest quality of work. This is an inclusive event, meanin
g all people are welcome. We wanted to offer something different in December besides your basic, bland X-mas style markets were you see the same items at every booth.
