So my name is Amanda (SHE/HER) and I am the owner and artist at The Fabled Raven. I love all things witchy, cottage style and magickal. I am married to a very supportive and patient husband, Jared (HE/HIM). We have 2 little furbabies (dogs) Gemma & Igor. I will show pictures at some point too. A little about me... I am from the Pittsburgh area originally and now live in the Nashville area. I own my own hair salon studio called Flora Luna Hair, near Brentwood (for those who are familiar). I've been doing hair for almost 20 years...Yikes!! I'm a dark hippie witch who loves nature, traveling and playing with flowers and other mediums.
I hand make all items in my store and each item is one of a kind. All flowers are real, the skulls and bones are sourced ethically and made with love and light.
I do a good amount of live vendor events, craft shows and some horror conventions! I really only started selling my art towards the end of 2021. I started painting back in 2020 but stopped along the way because I ended up with tennis elbow due to repetitive motion from painting and from doing hair full time. We took this trip up to Salem last year and went to a broom making class and I loved it so much! So I come home and buy a bunch of stuff and started making besoms! Then I started making wreaths, spell jars, witchballs, bone art and my little alien babies, the sea urchin air plant holders.
So, enough about me for now. I'm sure I will rant and catch up another time.
